  1. Hello mike411

Thank you for your reply! I do have questions though...

1- How can he bring all original documents if we submitted them? Could you give me an example? :)

2- My husband and I don't have much photos together (its my personal preference as I don't like taking pictures but he is very photogenic. ..), will that be a problem? He's currently away at work and I'm in the US.

3- We've lived together, but in Jordan, and I don't have anything in my name there (such as bank accounts etc.) so we don't have any joint accounts or the like. I'm worried they will give him a problem at his interview with a few pictures and no joint accounts...what can we do? We have a few videos but all electronics are prohibitted during the interview...

  2. Hello,

I'm petitioning for my husband of almost 2 years to come to the US. We filed an I-130 December 2012 after marrying in August 2012. My husband is a Jordanian national but works as an electrician in Saudi Arabia. We just submitted the last paperwork on March 5 this year and are wondering how soon might we hear about the interview? (That is, if all the paperwork is intact and after the usual processing time of at least 20 days) He will be interviewed in Riyadh we were told...

Also, during the interview, will they ask for personal pictures of us together and/or personal proof of a real relationship, (like in a fiancé visa case) even though its been almost two years since we've married? Just wondering...
