I have a boyfriend from Orlando, Florida for 3 months now. We've known early this year like first week of January. He will be coming here this end of May and wants to marry me here in Cebu City, Philippines. It is his first time visiting here and my our first time to meet. I want to ask how can we start this spousal visa since he want to get me before the year ends? We don't know anything how to process. Can someone help us please? He don't like the fiancee visa since it says that a lot of paper works to do.
