  1. Ah ok..we're same service center, csc, but I'm here in dubai..we got the noa2 last may 23..we filed may 11 and we got noa1 may 13..we had rfe, uscis asked for my intent to marry letter..I wish we hear from nvc soon???

AUH Embassy..you need to wait for 2 to 3 months...then you can follow up by sending mail to them...they do reply..they will send the appointment letter to the petitioner but it doesn't work sometimes...you have to wait..bec it is really taking long for them to process it even it is already stated on the CEAC that it is ready for interview..even the approved petition is already expired...they will adjust the time...so you need to be patient..as long as you are still working here you need not worry..just wait patiently..it will come...(in my case we received the NOA2 dated 23Jan2014 we missed the interview since we didn't receive the appointment letter...which should be 06th May 2014...yeah we waited that long..but it will come....

  2. My petitioner filed the I129F last Nov. 2013...we received the NOA1 06th January 2014, NOA2 23rd January 2014...I am here at UAE - Abu dhabi...so it took a while..waited for the embassy here to send us the appointment letter...only to know later if not sending email on the update of my case..i missed the interview.so i waited for 4 mos before I discovered that I should have had the interview last 6th May 2014...it is case to case basis..you just have to wait and it depends on how it is process at the embassy that your case was forwarded..but I assure you it is moving..just be patient...God bless.

  3. for Abu Dhabi, it may take 2 to three months before the embassy will send your petitioner the appointment letter..so you just have to be patient to wait..after two months of not receiving the appointment..you can send your inquiry to the embassy..thru the website...it is still early this time for you to worry..you will get the appointment in time once they are already done with your case..

  4. If you already received NOA2 then wait for 2 to three months and if you have not received any appointment letter within 3 months you have to send your inquiry on the website provided (contact information) for you to know the status of your case)..they don't send package to the beneficiary..they send mail - appointment letter to the petitioner however, to make sure that you do receive the first hand information you need to send mail to embassy...they do reply...

    God bless!

  5. I just want to share my timeline: My petitioner filed 1129 F last November 2013...at Texas Service Center then received the NOA1 January 2014...NOA2 January 23, 2014...it is already turning 4 months on 23rd May 2014 waiting for the appointment for the interview from the US embassy Abu Dhabi...it is sometimes frustrating to wait..but for sure it will also come...I just noticed that the California filers are quiet fast in getting the notification for appointment from the embassy...

  6. Hello, well it is likely to happen that we need to wait for the time that they will send the appointment as we can read on the website that due to high volume that they process....so meaning the waiting time for the appointment will take 2-3-4 months...well, we really need to be patient..soon it will come...when did you receive the NOA2? we received ours last 23 january 2014....so it will be 3 months already on 23rd this month..

    God bless you...and thanks again.

  7. Hi, I have the same case. I called nvc & the lady said give them few more days for the notification. Are u working on k1 too? Im hoping to hear from them next week or so...God's will.

    Hello Me& Igat,

Any information will be highly appreciated.

Thanks a lot and God bless!

  8. ceac.state.gov says that our case is ready and I need to schedule an appoitment but we didn't get any further instructions via email or snail mail. Is this normal? what should I do next?

Case needed to go to US embassy, Abu dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

hello Obair, when did you receive your NOA2 with you case number? mine last 23 jan. 2014 but until now i have not received any letter or notification from the embassy and the approved petition will expire next month 5/5/2014...is there any advice or info you could give me..(texas service center)
