Like previous poster said seek a lawyer. Have you looked up Section 212 (a)(6) C1? It's Fraud. You have been charged with Fraud. So I would get a lawyer immediately. This is serious.

Thanks for your answers , but I didnt submit any false documents or information in accordance to my knowledge, except only my wife stated herself as never been married before in all the forms and applications because she has annulment certificate ( as you know, it cancels the previous marriage)

Is there anyone out there could advice about my case, I got a refusal worksheet from embassy in Cairo after a month of AP marked with:

1-section 221(g) ( Lack of bonafide relationship) although we are already married with registered marriage contract and submitted photos, phone bills and letters.

2- Section 212 (a)(6) C1 . ( no explanation)

and they are forwarding the case back to USCIS to take the final decision.

yeah the same the consular told me you have to wait from month to 3 months because of admin process

Congrats mohamed, but you have to call them to correct the date to avoid any problem in the airport.

i have a question , did u wait for two months after interview to get your passport back ? and why did u wait all of this time ? i had an interview last week and the consular officer told me your case will be studied and she told me maybe it takes 1 or 2 months i dont know

I got NVC case and invoice number through the phone so shall I fill the DS-261 now or wait until they send a letter ?? and how long will it take to receive this letter ??

I'm TSC too , my PRIORITY DATE is June I8 20I3 , and it transferred on 21 Dec

What is the case status? RFE? Decision? Post Decision Activity?

It was initial review before this update but now it's none of them

it must be a glitch in the system.

With I-130, they might ask for an interview, but I've never heard of them sending a document.

Have your wife call USCIS and talk to a Tier 2 (immigration officer) to find out.

On March 10, 2014 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Can anyone tell me what does this could mean ? and what is this document ??
