I want my packet 3 and 4 and the interview because i'm sick of waiting

We know that about two months ago our file was sent from the NVC to the American embassy in Tunis .I completed the DS-160 online and paid for it . we havent got any notice about them receiving our file and i don't know when am i going to sit for the interview .It's getting so stressing and i don't know what to do .I sent them an email but i only got an auto reply that doesnt show any new information .
Does anyone know anything about this ? what am i supposed to do ? should i contact them ? thank you
