Ok - so our case was never in "administrative processing" it just never arrived… and I mean never arrived. As Paris lost our file, the State Department approved us to send scanned copies of the original to Tunis. Interview was yesterday, approved!

what papers do i need to prepare to get married in the USA , I'm in the states now for almost two weeks !!

i just checked the site you sent me and it says ready too i tried contacting the consular with an email and all i got was an auto reply i'll let you know if smething new happens-

1—797, Notice of Action is the approval we got on the petition we filed for I-129f. So yes we filed the I-129f. As for these forms they were sent to me in December 2013 in a reply from the consular . I'll send you the whole email once i get the samples of packet 3 and 4 from you

· A completed Form DS-230 (PDF 175 KB) Biographic Data form.
· Two completed DS-156 (non-immigrant visa application) forms, and one completed of DS-156K (PDF 56.6KB) (supplemental form for nonimmigrant fiance(e) visa applications). Do not sign the DS-156K supplemental form until instructed to do so by the Consular Officer.

Our approval notice of I-797 is only valid till 04/04/2014 and i'm worried i'll have to repeat everything all over again ! and they havent told us about the package we're supposed to get yet .I'm thinking to call them as well soon or just go to the embassy in person .I started translating few papers like the birth certificate and my diploma .I also prepared some papers and i know i have to fill these forms ·
