I have been looking for advice on our current situation. I am a mexican soon to be married to a permanent US Resident. And next fall I will be going to graduate school in the US. After graduating I would like to find a job in the US. What would be the easiest way to achieve this goal?
I am not sure if I should get a J Visa for school and then apply for a work position for an sponsored HB1. While my wife continues with her US citizen process, or is there any other way around?
