Yes I have been tracking ... went from Embassy still has it to "There is no status update available for the passport number submitted" And do the e-mails just because ... but that never says anything but no status ... but Happy to see someone from the Homeland has thiers .. means they are back up and moving forward.

Mine updated yesterday to 6/23 and now again to 6/30 but still admin processing .????

same here ... interview was 16th in DR ... last AP update was on the 22nd ... now have todays date but still AP ... I know of two people one from VJ and a non member from the 18th interviewed and have issued visas ... no order I guess .. but hope this week the do a mega catch up for all of us.

My interview was the 16th yet still in AP ... but my case did update to today's date ... so this is a 2 day difference ... no order as I was the 16th and yours the 18th ... I just want my wife here for the 4th to share some fireworks and the 6th is our 2nd Wedding anniversary so bittersweet here lol ... but actually second person from that same date I know that got theirs for a CR-1 ... Prayin to see that e-mail lastest tomorrow lol

Its now 8 days after my approval ... and wanted to call NVC so see if my case arrived and if I can get my case number and IIN... but the 603-334-0700 number has been busy for some time today ... Is the call volume that high that you cant even get an automated message lol. Not sure if its down or what, but want to do as much as I can, and be diligent as mentioned in the NVC guide. So wanted to see if that's still the right call info, I did e-mail NVC as well see what happens with that. Best of luck to all.

Thank you for the Guide! ... I've been studying it lol, didn't know it was out there ... so much to prep on!! ... the Tax part was a wake up and caught a mistake ... I was filed as single for 2013 Taxes... So I have time now to go back and correct it to send a amended Tax return when the time comes. ... the within article links are awesome ... recommend everyone give it at least a first read and create a check off sheet as I did lol ... basically copy and pasted everything I didn't want to forget and with underling and highlighter after printed its the go to sheet now!

Just got my Approval finally ... what's next do to? Lol can't think right now ... I forgot to update in regards to my RFE was only requesting proof of my citizenship. ... sent it and got my Approval I'm 6 days. Good luck to the remaining September filers.. God bless sleeping well tonight.

You think? ... I thought the case becomes in "suspense" ... the following lines in the email says: "Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case, you will be notified by mail."

So its why I'm so bummed , as yes finally got some action on my case ... but now offically stuck till I find out what they need and send it for next mail so save at least 2-5 days of the process.

... just an update .. I did call to see on this "birth date update" ... and they say is wait for an RFE or the next update... Just give me my Approval Please! ... so I'll check in when they do.

... ummm Should I just call anyways? when can I call? lol like what does Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service Mean? says the same thing on the site as the e-mail fyi ... In a way I'm happy that they are finally touching my case ... But is all this a positive thing? Has anyone else seen this in their case? HELP! lol

Congrats! To the recent approved... Does anyone know what's the cut off time for the day for approvals... Like no more approvals After 5pm For the day.. And guess also taking to mind what center and their time zone. Would like to know when to stop checking my email :-/

Add me to the spreadsheet please .. 9/3/13 is my receipt date for my I-130 for my wife in Dominican Republic .. never got a NOA1 (till this day).. I got my receipt number via phone .. called 2-3 times for the resend of the NOA1..waited the 30 days each time to then find out they didn't really submit the request to NVC ... but got transferred on 2/25/14 to CSC (I did get the transfer letter) ... and looking at the spreadsheet I hope I get the approval this week as a few got it in less days or around 2 weeks. if not guess here for the other numbers ... best wishes to all Sept filers
