So everything went well with her interview and medical. She has now been in the US for a little over a year and just received this month. Our son is almost 10 months now. Thank yall for the help.

I am sure she will not be able to hide that pregnant glow at the medical exam. I went ahead and sent a "To whom it may concern," letter acknowledging that she is pregnant and my intentions to proceed with our wedding. I hope that is enough! I plan to fly out there for her interview for support. I have found this site extremely helpful in the process so far. Thank you guys for the support.

My fiancé is pregnant as a result of my visit in December 2013. I am very excited! I received a letter today from NVC that the petition is on its way to Manila. Is there anything that I must do or my fiancé prior to the medical screening or interview in regards to her pregnancy to the Consulate?
