I paid the fee and they sent me and email to go back and fill all her personal info. No mail or email about AOS yet! But like Collie said they have their own rules and I will do what they want me to do, OH OH maybe they are waiting for April 15 so I can get a transcript of my taxes 2013! I think. Thanks every one!

weird, first came DS261 choice of agent, then came AOS $88 fee, then i submitted AOS documents, then came IV $230 bill....

Right I seen that pattern, but in my case they sent the DS261, AOS fee, IV fee, and email to submit all my mother info online, you know the how many times has she been here, for how long, passport info, if she ever had a visa and etc. That is why I was confused!

I did received the email for the IV fee, but I have a question, why did they sent the fee before they sent the AOS package? Am I missing something, or they are just random?!

You can email or call them to correct this. Do it as soon as possible. Certainly before you mail off the document packets.

I need help, I got an email from NVC and they are stating that my mother address is where I live, do I have to correct that before paying the fee for the AOS? She lives in Mexico not with me.
