i just wanna ask how long it takes for the uscis to review the return case and have a clear answer

and what type of decisions they take

the same case as mine my check status says ready since spetember 12 9/12 and expedite accepted 9/8

it is about 12 days now i heard nothing from the general consulate of casablanca at least they called your husband

they have to send a letter of interview date with insutructions nessesary documents

i have heard that they don t send any letter only after 3 weeks after the approval of the expedite

only a date of the interview from a call is not really something to count on it

the interview is only needed for the beneficiary the consulate general may set up an interview for the petitioner only for some cases like fraud marriage or scam actions . any way i don t advice u to bring ur wife with you it may hurt your concentration so much or the officer calls her for questions as well

the clinic doesn t ask the premission of the consulate to set up a rendez vous for the medical test u only need to call them and bring a copy of the passport and ID that is it .plus 1800dh fee

how long it took for the consulate to mail instructions after the expidite was approved ?

did the consulate mail your husband the interview appointement letter ? or did he call /mail them to have in idea about the date of interview ?

my request of expedition for health reason has been accepted and the current processing visa turned from NVC to casablanca the city where the american consulate is located i checked my visa status i found it in transit written in blue i am kind of confused a little bit about the next step

i would like to know if someone else from visajourney already had an expedition case

it is normal brother it can take even 3 months

it takes a few weeks for a case number to be assigned from 3 weeks to 8 weeks

u should insist calling them at least twice a week
