    my petition at uscis and its been 8 mos. called and its being reviewed. need case number. i thought the case number comes at the nvc. confused

      There's case number also from USCIS. If you received a NOA (notice of action), the receipt number is called case number. When it gets approved, they'll send it to NVC for visa processing and they'll give you another case number.

    JUST TO SAY THAT ITS VERY EMMOTIONAL WAITING TO HERE FOR AN APPROVAL. MY NOTIFICATION WAS RECIEVED APRIL 7 AND APRIL 9.NOA1. NOW WHAT?MY HUSBAND IN THE DOMINICA IS GETTING ANXIOUS. ANY UPLIFTING WORDS FROM ANYONE.L
