I guess so, that's what we gave them and never asked for the more sophisticated fingerprint process

we got the interview scheduled in less than a week

there's 2 types of certificate in Canada, name check and by fingerprint check.

well after 3 days with ISSUED Pending AP it changed to ISSUED in 5 days youll receive your passport

I now have my passport back.

so happy for all you guys

July 1-Issued Application Processing

July 6 -Issued (receive in 5 days)

When did your status changed to "issued" again?

it was Issued Pending AP on June 26

then July 2 Issued final processing

Just got email from Loomis with waybill

this is it! Flying to California on Friday

Just so you know, Loomis is like Canada post, they only do pick ups at end of day, which means the processing and putting tracking numbers on packaging will only take place in the evening. Chances are you won't get a number till an evening. I'm hoping I get one tonight but we shall see. I plan on calling my loomis location tomorrow morning. They do have numbers, just google the loomis location.

nothing for me. I got issued same time as you. I checked Loomis website with the reference number. But my wifes email is the one used. Loomis told me last week they would email as soon as a waybill is generated. But i have heard sometimes this doesn't happen. Also none of the Loomis branches specifically the one we are waiting for in Saskatoon have a local phone number. Could this process be any more painful than a chinese torture technique by putting pins in somebody and waiting for them to bleed to death. I hope by the end of the day we hear something. My wife lives 2 hours from saskatoon and specificallly took off work on wednesday to drive a pick it up but at this point who knows.... Good luck to us...

where did you get the reference number?

ok, so for those who got issued July 2nd. did any of you received the email from Loomis?

I tried ais-usvisa website but still no waybill #

last update is June 2nd, its possible that theyll ship it or ill get an email tonight.

ok so last night my status changed

from

ISSUED Pending AP

to

ISSUED

Your visa is in final processing. If you have not received it in more than five (5) working days, please go to http://usvisa-info.com/en-CA/selfservice/us_courrier_information to track your courier waybill.

It changed to ISSUED on the 26th,but right underneath said that it was still under administrative processing.

It switched on Monday saying I should receive it in 5 days or so.

we still have that AP underneath

hopefully it'll change soon

most of us who got ISSUED have that message. I hope it's normal

Well, low and behold I received our Loomis email a few minutes ago. Apparently, our passport was dropped off at the Lachine location tonight, and is headed over to us.

As the officer told you in the interview, if further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved when administrative processing is finished, you will receive notification to collect the passport with the visa from the Loomis branch you selected when you booked your appointment.

Our Interview was on June 29th in Montreal and officer said your visa is approved and couple hours later we see issued and same message as above.

is that something to be worried about??

that was fast! I guess most of the Issued status from Montreal got the same message.

do they allow you to pick up passport?

My visa has been ISSUED as of today! I had my interview June 16th!
