You can send it at the end of October but make sure the arrival date is after November 1st.

Yes kins8487. Make sure they receive it after the window opens and not before. When you receive the extension letter after submitting your ROC, take the letter to the DMV and they will extend your drivers license for a year.

Hello Everyone, we are March filers and Just checked the website and it says that the new card is being produced. I am thrilled and excited that this step is completed. Good luck to everyone out there who is waiting to get their ROC approved. I will update when I have the actual card in hand.

Just Write N/A. That part of the form is not referring to you. It's referring to a third party. It states and I quote "If other than the petitioner".

I sent packet on Thursday March 10th and delivered next day. I just did an stupid mistake. I believe I left out the copy of the green card. The check has not been cleared, so I'm guessing the packet is coming back. Does anybody know how long does it take to come back?

In my opinion only, I don't believe your packet will come back. You will most likely get a RFE for the Copy of the Green Card because it is required. Good Luck to you!

Do nothing! You're worrying yourself for no reason. No one is coming after you because you wrote the wrong height.
