  1. Hello everyone!

Just want to ask what is the most reliable LBC agent here in georgia? I wanna ship a balikbayan box to philippines but i dont know who to contact, IM from Peachtree City Georgia 30269. If anyone knows about this, please indicate their number and name, THANK YOU SO MUCH

  2. You have to be qualify to take NCLEX and it is the same nationwide.

These documents have to be sent to your state Board of nursing.

    1. Evidence of completion of a nursing courses/degree (in original copy from your school)

    2. No criminal records from FBI(finger printing required)

    3. Fees depends on your state

    4. Fee for taking NCLEX (RN/PN)

I graduated from PN school in MI. My school sent the list of graduates to the state. So I didn't have to do that part. My friend graduated from Thailand. She had to do it by herself.

Chance of passing NCLEX is good if your review NCLEX questions intensively prior to the test. My friend took 3 times to pass it. I only passed on my first try.

You may want to search on allnurses.com

    Tons of info on there.

    Good luck

    Nurse Rocks!

so you mean even if im not a registered nurse in philippines i can still take nclex here in georgia??

  3. If it is your first stop in the US then yes, that's the place you have to hand over your envelope. Don't worry, immigration officers are nice there. My first stop in the US was at Detroit international airport as well. Since I came to the US with my fiance, both of us went to USC- Alien Resident line. They took my picture and fingerprint and no question at all. The officer, named Knowlton, even had a nice brief chat with my fiance.

Edit: put the envelope in your carry on such as backpack or handbag. It is easy for you to take it when they ask.

Good to hear that they are nice hahaha.thank you for reminders :))

  4. They will keep the envelope. Bring it with you in the cabin, don't keep in the luggage.

    I'm in US now.

Ahbok i see so now i know i dont have to wait for the packet to be given back to mw ahha.thank you so much for that information.. :)

yes, Detroit will be your POE for the US. When you land in the US from an international flight from another country you must go through customs/immigration - no exceptions. After going through the immigration process which can take several hours depending on how many there will be processed and where you are at in the line you will then go through customs. And, after completing all of this you can cotinue to make your connection to ATL.

    Best of luck![/quote

Ok thank you for that info!!!! :)

  5. Your PORT of Entry is the first place you land in the U.S. You will clear customs in Detroit. How long is your lay-over in Detroit?

oo ok..do i leave there the visa packet or they just gonna check ot and they will give it back to me?? I have 4hours lay over

Your point of entry is Detroit, you'll hand in the envelope there. Make sure your layover is enough. My layover was 4 hours to make sure that i have enough time to deal with the custom.

Yes same..are you in philippines right now as well???
  6. my interview was march 6th and my visa was issued march 25th , today i called domex and my passport is not there yet, i dont know how long i will have to wait now to have my passport in my hands

Try calling embassy and ask of your passport is still with them.they will tell yoi if passport os for delivery or its still in the consul

  7. I recommend you this group of attorney. My fiance and I used it for our process. I got my visa in 5 months. I had my interview last Friday. Even if your case is straightforward, I recommend you this attorney. You would feel more at ease, knowing they are doing a great job. Another important thing about having an attorney is that they can answer your questions and solve your doubts properly. Following strictly what this website says or paying attention to users who know nothing about law, but dare to foretell whether your visa will be deny or not can make your process such a burden. Each case is different and an attorney can help you make the correct choices :)

    I recommend you this attorney:

  8. CEAC and CSC Visa Information Services Website has not posted any updates currently. No waybill number, nothing. He received a cell phone text early morning instructing him to go pick up his visa at the post office (ptt). Visa/Passport in hand and flight ticket booked for next week, so excited because it has taken such a long time/ process and finding a co-sponsor was challenging. Very thankful for those who posted and responded. May you have the best results in your journey and a happy life together!

    Sarah

Helloo..long did you wait for your visa after being issued?

  9. I believe the next will be "Issued". My status had been AP for three days since the interview. No, "Ready" in my case.

Yes your right!!! Its now issued!! Thank you so much for all the VJ members!!! Thank you LORD for all the answered prayers and thank you to my fiance for undying support and all the positive messages here!!! This is a really big help!

    Once again...thank you :))
