Tell your lawyer to send a letter to nvc stating the urgency of the case and the situation. That's what my lawyer did but not sure what exactly she wrote and I got approved all fees are paid just need to send in the Aos documents now

Currently in the 2nd year at a university in my country, planning to migrate within a couple months.wondering if I can get into a university in America or I have to start over from High school maybe? Any advice or tips to make the transition easier ?

Nvc received my case March 18th but said it's under review to see if I qualify for the F2a category under cspa. So I'm curious how long does the review normally take? I already did all the calculations And I do qualify for f2a under cspa. Anyone had experience with this to tell me how long of a wait it is ?
