i'm preparing my rfe right now.

i just wonder what kind rfe they ask you to prepare?

they asked me to submit will or power of attorney.

im wondering am i only one who recieve it

I really do not know what does this mean"they asked me to submit will or power of attorney."? but You're case is not gonna be worst than mine take it easy send them what they ask for, do not be a genius and add extra salt to your food, Put the exact amount, Vermont is crowded they do not have time, don make ur case worst, you ll be waiting all ur life, RFE letter always on the top then things they ask for and you ll be alright Ameen

can anyone that has been approved already, or received an RFE tell me what they sent as proof? i'm wondering how much info is enough, because i'm beginning to think i didn't send enough. thanks everybody, and good luck to all of those still waiting.

Well today I received the Congrats letter that my case has been approved, But Cant see anything online, the letter DATED 10/31/14 stating that Iam going to receive my 10 GC withing 60 days, Goodluck everyone ....I see you next April to Apply for our citizenship Thank you all for saving me money to go a lawyer to fill up 4 pages and get 2.000 US Dollars,

I send the RFE, the letter they ask for, today supposed to be there Tomorrow at 3PM, and the waiting game is gonna start again Guys wish me Goodluck

Getting a lawyer is an option you may or may not want to explore. Since this case has already taken place and, from what I read, your husband pleaded guilty. He got a conditional discharge and you guys attended counseling. You really have no choice but to disclose everything. You will want to make sure you have all court documentation and counseling documentation available should the IO wish to see any of it. There really is no need to worry about it just make sure you have any and all documentation/evidence with you to show if asked for it.

RFE, My Noa Dated March the 21st and I received a RFE dated October the 7th They ask for one paper missing, Good-luck folks Ive to submit it before Jan the 2nd

There was no change in my case status online when I received my RFE. It just showed up in the mail. Also, when I sent my response to them, there was no update saying that it was received. I used the signature confirmation with USPS, so that's how I know for sure it was received by them.

we receieved RFE in the mail. there was no status update online except for address change. we had about about two months to respond to the RFE. after we submitted RFE documents, it took about three weeks to get approved. we did not have an interview. hope this helps!

2 months. are you able to send it before ...or that's just like the 90 days ....you can send it whenever you want but not after 2 months ....

Your friend got his case transferred from Vermont to California as well?

YES Sir ....he got Approved after 6 months 00 days after Transfering his file from VSC to CSC Be happy You re almost there

Transfer means Your there Congratulations .... a Month max and you be fine that's what happen to my friend at least CSC is way faster than the Shitty Vermont

I went to an immigration attorney to file Petition to Remove the Conditions of Residence, he said its going to be around 2.000 till 3500 $ so I found this website and decided to do it with my wife together since we got all the information needed thanks to people like you ...

My question is: I want you to give me your opinion about the evidence we have:

*Copies of the passports and green cards of Husband

* Three sworn affidavits by U.S. citizen friends, attesting to our relationship and marriage.

*Copy of the tax statement for 2011, 2012 and 2013, which we received for our checking account at Partners Federal Credit Union Bank.

*Copies of car insurance notices.

*Copy of the 24-month residential lease for our apartment, covering the period: 09/01/12 to 08/31/14.

*Copy of husband's drivers' license and copy of wife's state ID card, issued 00/00/00, showing joint occupancy at our apartment.
