Update on waiver, consulate received passport an medical an PC on Monday. ceac site was updated april 6th an updated again today April 7th to administration processing. Is this normal?

Our waiver was accepted on October 28th an approved March 11th with no attorney, an no rfe, was very short an right to the point, only 16 pages total...

Handing in everything to New Delhi embassy tomorrow, hoping to get passport back within 10 days.of course day one will be Monday, they are closed Thursday an Friday an of course the weekend...feeling blessed.

Will it go to NVC before embassy, can I contact NVC to see if it's there yet.Our embassy is New Delhi India. When we filed the 601 waiver I could not get any information because i was not the patienor he was. Can I get information now or not?

Question does my fiance get the letter from embassy or will it come to me,our 601 waiver was approved March 11th, an any idea how long till he gets visa?

Our date changed from November 14th 2014 to January 9th 2015, what does that mean? No update since then.for waiver 601 regular.

Can any one tell me what it means when the date is updated on ECAC site, mine was updated from November 14,2014 to January 9, 2015. Status still says Refused. Filed 601 waiver in October 2014.

Was able to check status on old site, but not on new site, it's only been two weeks any how, so long way to go yet.

It's crazy our waiver has only been accepted a week ago, and I find myself checking USICS website everyday, knowing I have a least 6 months to go. He he he

When I put in case number it tells me your case can not be found pls check receipt number an try again, anyone know why getting this message, happens every day.
