Hey everybody, currently my husband and I are going through the AOS. We got married on a K1 visa in January and filed our paperwork in February. We needed a co-sponsor because I was in school with a part time job my dad volunteered with no problem. We are currently on RFE #2. The first RFE is because we forgot to send all tax documents, so we ended up sending all the last 3 tax transcripts for my dad as well as myself. Well now we have a RFE again (it seems never ending). It states that my mother needs to also submit an I-864A. Both of my parents are self- employed they both own the same company. They file taxes jointly so I'm confused on how to figure the individual annual income. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi everybody, I sent the AOS in on 2/09, NOA 2/20 and biometrics were 3/13. We received a RFE on 4/01 (stupid mistake sent all documents for I-864 but forgot the tax transcripts) they received it today. I was just wondering how long it will take for the EAD. My husband is beyond ready to start working!

No word on my NOA2 yet... Hoping it's around the corner but don't have a lot of confidence in the system at the moment, haha. Anyone else from our group still waiting?

Still waiting. NOA1 was Feb. 27th. I feel like this wait is never ending

Hi everybody! I'm currently waiting on the I129-F for my fiancé that lives in Australia. My paperwork is at the TSC and I received my NOA1 on February 27th. When I sent in my paperwork it was not taking as long so I thought we had plenty of time. I have my wedding set for September 20th of this year and things booked. I know it says not to plan the wedding before we knew anything, but I thought it was plenty of time. Long story short do you think there is any chance he will receive his K1 in time? I can move everything without a problem, I just need opinions. This process is so unpredictable

Hi my fiancé lives in Australia and we are currently waiting for our NO2. I was looking at the I-134 form. I am a full time college student but I work part time I obviously do not meet the requirements so my parents are going to cosponsor. My question is for question 11 how do I fill this out and how do they fill this out. I've seen some say to put N/A so I'm super confused about this part.
