  1. 17 days after passing interview and still waiting for the oath letter. The new tracking system still has me on interview scheduled...

Same boat, They gave me Form N652 asked i passed, and Writing decision in mail and waiting now 18 days no update , feel upset so much :( dont know how long to get Oath letter .... Too tired of waiting game :((

  2. Hi all,

Im really disapponited after my interview this morning because the officer told me he didnt find my application, lost somewhere.

He asked me all the copy of application such as N400, tax 3 yr, pp, id, green card, marriage certificate, photos 5*5 , it look like whole my package which sent to UScis before.

I passed civil test, then he gave me Form N-652 said that " A decision cannot yet be made about your application" :( :(

" USCIS will send you a written decion about application "

He said " no more test" , i have to wait ....blah...blah...

Sighhh..... Now i dont know how long to wait ? And what is it going on ? Anyone know about that problem ? :(

  3. I had my interview on Oct 1. I brought with me every possible thing that i could imagine, original and photocopies. The supporting marriage documents were: marriage license, joint apartment lease, joint bank statements, joint health insurance and car insurance, a few photos, various joint utility bills. I brought all of that plus mine and hubbies passports, my GC, his divorce certificate from previous marriage, some documents required translations, so i brought those too. That was probably more then necessary, but I wanted to have absolutely everything on me, in case if they need anything. At the interview, I was only asked for GC and my passport, they did not check my hubbies passport or any of the supporting documents. I feel like it is always better to be prepared, because God forbid they will ask for something and then it only delays the process :/ Good Luck!! :)

Thanks so much dear ! :) i got it

  4. Congrat. Ladylethal :)

I have a question for you all who interviewed already. When you received interview letter by mail as well as got any email notice place n time also or not ?

Becoz im waiting for interview letter but next 5 days i visit my sis another state, that y i dont know i can check email to know time or place interview by email or not ? Well, if i can not back home soon i can print email out to replace interview letter or not, im wondering.

    Thanks.

  5. Oops you are right. That still holds. hlee14, you should have been in-line on or around 07/28 unless there is something unique about your case and only you know that unless you have told us in the past.

Again, that's just a rule of thumb - If your case is not straightforward then no one can predict the timeline.

Sigh..., i dont change my name & got yellow letter, just 2 days more touch 3 yrs GC anniversary but still not be in line for pre interview.

Hope getting good news after 8/28 is coming :) good luck to all !!!

  7. It said to bring Driver's license and all passports and travel documents (include expired and current). There is also a note to bring this letter with the documents.

Based on your in-line, I am guessing that you will receive the letter around 08/24. Just my own observation!

Hi, im glad when seeing Vietnamese at here :), your yellow sheet same to me, they asked me bring passport , travel document , maybe that is Viet Nam trip.

Im still not in line yet :(

    Nice weekend to all .

  8. I would not worry too much about the yellow letter. Bring your passport and anything else they request. I received a yellow letter and at the interview I was not asked to show the yellow letter. It is just a request to bring things that you are probably bringing to the interview anyways.

Interview is not as bad as you think. We are all afraid of the unexpected and the unknown, but after it's all done, you wonder why you were worried about it. Be patient follow instructions, don't lie and everything falls into place. All of a sudden you are scheduled for your oath ceremony. After I received the yellow letter I was soon placed for interview, so don't be worried and be glad.

    Good luck to you...

Thanks for your kindness, i hope i will be lucky, maybe im worried a lot ;)

Good luck to all also !!! :)

  9. Hi all, up to now i still dont be in line for interview yet, but today i got yellow sheet for pre interview case file review, i dont understand that. They request me bring passport & travel documents , i went to the Bahamas but didnt have any travel document becoz they just viewed my greencard , didnt seal anything on my passport. Im feel confused now, anyone explaint to me about yellow sheet & travel document ?

And why i dont be in line interview but received yellow sheet ? :(

  10. behold, I think my theory is right my status just changed today to be On July 18, 2014, your N400, APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION was placed in line for interview scheduling my 5 years anniversary is 08/18 so exactly a month away. means my early bio was useless simply if you are applying with the 90 days rule.

am still waiting for my wife to change

Great, hope that y r right for my a next week. So im not reAdy for studying 100 questions :(

    Good luck 2 all !!!
