  1. Hello I wrote to NVC looking for information regarding my case and I got back the following:

Please be advised that the I-797, Notice of Action sent with your inquiry is a Receipt Notice and not an Approval Notice. Please provide a scanned copy of your I-797, Notice of Action - Approval Notice indicating that your petition has been sent to the National Visa Center (NVC).

In that I-797 statted that my case was sent to Texas center... What does it mean? It got lost? I still have to wait for approval? How much longer? It was sent to with a date of April 22...

Texas i really slow and Im so desperate :ranting: :ranting: :ranting::crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying: :crying:

  2. I have a question regarding the G-325A form

It says Applicants residence the last five years

Is it my permanent address in USA?

I’m currently over seas staying until my fiancée gets her visa.

And what about the next question...

Applicants last address outside the U. S of more than one year.

I have been in Chile since December 2012... But my home it’s in US.

Can someone clarify that for me??

  3. I have a big question, my G.F and I have smoked some marijuana. Soon I will submit papers for K-1 visa. I didn’t know it was illegal for these procedures, and we will stop immediately. My question is, what kind of test would she get done? Is it hair, is it urine? No drugs or other substances have been takencray5ol.gifcrying.gifoops8rh.gif

  4. Hello I have a question regarding LGTB marriage…

I am an America citizen, I have been in Chile for a year living with my G.F, soon I will be moving back to the U.S and my G.F will come with me to visit under the new Visa waiver program (She can stay for 90days). If while she is with me in the U.S, I decide to propose and get married is that consider fraud because she will go with the intention of getting married? I just read in a blog that my intentions could be consider fraud , and I don’t know what else can I do. Here in Chile its not legal to get married so I can not get married here and requesting a Fiancée visa could take a while… If she goes there and I request a change of status, is that wrong? Please can someone clear this for me?
