  1. Hey, comrades, my fiance will have an interview in one or two months. Just want to know what she needs to bring with her.

The guide states that I need to send to my fiance "Send all originals of the documentary proof that you submitted for the I-129F to your fiance(e) for their interview at the embassy." What specifically is that?

And for the affidavit of support, do I need to send the originals of the tax returns, pay stubs, and life insurance policy, and stock receipts?

  2. Ahhhhh....ok.

Hello, how can you tell if your applications are touched? I'm applying for K-1 visa for my gf. I got NOA1 and waiting for NOA2.

  3. Congrats on your recent wedding.

Glad to hear you had a good experience using the AP for the first time.

    Best wishes.

Hi, i stumbled upon your interesting conversation. I'm applying for K-1 visa for my fiance. I have a question on the timeline. How can you tell if the immigration official touched my application as you indicated on your timeline? When I type my receipt number on USCIS site, it doesn't say if my appli. is touched. Thanks a lot.

  4. I guess anyone may have trouble on this. :hehe: After entering the US, will he or she be working right away or be a student first? My idea is for my fiance to study after entering the US and then find a job. I guess since with her foreign academic degree, it is not easy to find a well-paid job. What is your input? What would your fiance do after entering the US?
