hi i applied for the i-131 and paid, but i had applied for i-485 which is still pending and i got in the usa with a k-1 visa, did i have to pay to get my i-131 or no? if no could i ask for refund ?

also my i-131 says Advance Parole Document Was Produced since september 1st when should i expect to get it?

Here's what I got do I send just the highlighted stuff back or do I have to send in what it asks for on page 2. Its confusing since all of them have asterisk marks? Its confusing or do I choose what fits me best from any of the 3 asterisk marks?

I have pay stubs from december 15 to may 15 is that enough or are the gonna send another RFE since they say they need 6 months or will it slide through?

In a few weeks my fiancee will be having the interview everything is good except the financial stuff. Last time i worked in the USA was 2011 and then moved back to my fiancee's country, so since 2011 till 2014 I have 0 income within the USA. I have a co-sponsor which last year 2013 has above 50k but the problem is he also has 0 income for the year 2012 and 2011.

Also which forms do i fill out for my self and my co-sponsor(brother)?

How strong are they on the financial status at the interview (do they skim over it or do they have a good look at it)?

Given my financial info above what are our chances at the interview for pass or fail?

he mailed it yesterday express mail so will i know by friday if they accept it or not?

I had my brother mail in the forms from within the US I had everything filled out and signed except the dates which he was supposed to put in before he mailed it, but he forgot and mailed the whole packet without entering the dates. What will happen now? Please let me know thanks in advance.
