    April Case Complete waiting for IL

    Greeting VJ , April is here now ! A new thread for fellow case April completed peeps should starting now !

    Well , my case was completed on March 19th per phone inquiry and March 22nd per cc email. I'm here because my embassy slots for April and May are full so i'm waiting for June Interview.

    Some facts :

    -Case completed email does not come with any checklists , cover sheets , etc.. it's pre-case complete and you should wait for the last cc email .

    -So you received your pre-case completed email ( with checklists , cover sheets...etc ) in March , and last CC email in April then you probably wait for June interview , the priority will given to those whose case is completed earlier than 20th of the month

    *Note : if you are march case completed , please refer to PatchSC's thread ! This thread intend for April case completed and March case completed but JUNE interview

    hey u saw my email contained a checklist so is that not a CC? :( or am i yet to recieve another email?

    So MED22 just got case completed...whether it will happen or not IT'S GOOD NEWS.

    Normally NVC will email the case completed email with or without checklist for interview just a month ahead of interviewing if the PD is current

    really? i didnt know that :idea: i thought its just a normal CC bcz my civil documents were at NVC since before retrogression occured

    I got a checklist for AOS, birth n marriage certificates in june, which i submitted in july, now AGAIN got the same checklist for AOS BUT the email says this




    We have finished reviewing your case. We will tell you when we set an interview

    date for your case. Please do not contact the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in

    ISLAMABAD, PAKISTAN about your interview until we give you the date.

    We saw that either your Affidavit of Support was incomplete, some of your

    supporting documents were missing, or both. We have marked the missing items

    on the checklist below.

    You should send any of the missing items to benificiary so he or she can

    take them to the visa interview. The Consular Officer will review the missing

    items at the time of the interview.

    Please pay special attention to any items related to the Affidavit of Support form.

    If the checklist shows any problems with the form, you should complete a new

    form and send it to benificiary

    If you do not send the missing information to benificiary, his or her visa

    application could be delayed or denied.

    If you need a new Affidavit of Support form, you can find it at uscis.gov/forms.


    my question is that is there a likelihood that they will put me to AP during interview?? this is making me worried anyone please HELP!!

    Today I received a mail from NVC that my case has been completed and I should wait for IL. but the letter attached to the mail is dated 21st August,2014. Does this mean I won't get an IL next week or two for Oct interview?. am asking this because am confused , I called nvc and they say my case was completed on 14th Aug, but the mail I got today is dated 21st Aug. do I fall within the cut off date for scheduling IL or not. Guys pls help with ur experiences.

    is ur 60 day review over? or did u get mail before 60 days?
