hello guys! does anybody knows when will be my case current my PD is Dec 16,2013 we already receive our case no. and inn # but it says on the letter by Nvc Due to the numerical limitations on immigrant visa issuance prescribed by law, this petition is not eligible for further processing at this time. The petition will be retained at the NVC until an immigrant visa becomes available........etc. im so confused! help me guys!
