Hi, our petition F1 category ( 21yrs old daugther of US citizen) is now on going. We already pass all neccesary docs. Where just waiting for final approval and  sched of interview.

Question*  the petitioner is my father he provide all supporting docs and he reside in Guam. My sister now move to California. If ever we got our visa... can we go to cali instead of Guam? Please advise me. Thanks

Where planning to pay it via money order. Same thing that my dad did when he pay for his aos. And after he paid the 88$ fee after 2-3 days a got my id number

Congrats everybody who receveid IL ! I paid the IV Fee Payment ( $230.00) and now I am submiting the Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration( for my son),by the paper version of the form because his case was initiated before October 4,2010.I am sending for him to sign it in Brazil and to send me back with his birth certificate,photographs,police certificates,photocopy of his passport biographic data page,etc.My question is I read he should go to the Police Federal Department WITH the request from Consulate General of the United States of America in Brazil and fill out their application for the certificate. So,he must wait for the consulate to send him this request?He does not have it yet.Other question is what are the petitioner ( me) documents?

Yes i think so!!! Because according to the instruction..."The next step in the Immigrant Visa process is for the applicant to pay the Immigrant Visa Application fee. The principal applicant (or the principal applicants agent) will receive an Immigrant Visa Fee Processing Fee Bill Invoice from the National Visa Center.

So now im waiting them to send me this so i can pay for it....

Hi there. I also received my case no. And id last feb 20. I followed the instruction regarding on ds-261. So i suggest fill it up then wait for the next step. According to the instruction you will wait 3-5 working days for the next instruction regarding on the payment.... but for me im still waiting for their instruction for 1week.
