My questions  may probably has been asked before over here, but I can not find the answers so I am going to go ahead and ask anyway. 

1. Change of Name.

My name was Eve Oku. When I got married,  I took my husband  last name and my last name became my middle name. My name now is Eve Oku Clubs. I want to drop my husband's name( Clubs) when I'm filling for my citizenship and just go with Eve Oku. How do I go about it. 

2. Date to Fill for Citizenship 

I got my 2 years premenent resident on 4/4/14 through marriage, and my 10 years on 12/30/16. When can I fill for my citizenship? Is there a 90 days open window like the others?

Just filed for my ROC, was given a year extension. And said in the letter that, they were going to do a investigation into the marriage within the one year. Is this just me or it is something new. Any helpful answer is welcome. Thanks

Hi everyone. I have a question. I had my interview a week ago and the office said everything looks good and was going to approve it this week.but still not yet.he took my I 94, didn't stamp my passport. Was wondering if I could travel to Africa with my EAD/AP. What are my chances of coming back into the country without any problems. My visit is not an emergency, it's just causal visit.
