I went through to test in English. If I select non-immigrant visa, there is no K visa option. If I select immigrant visa or try to set the address, I get the list of immigrant visas.

If you have already registered, you do not need to register again. Failure to register prior to your visa interview will result in delay of your visa application.

When she selects this, it brings up a page of immigration visas only, there is no K visa, no page to input an address, just a list of immigration visas.

Has anyone run into this problem?

My fiancee received the packet from the embassy and it only asks for a DS-160, passport copy and photos.

I see other people have a long list of forms, and I thought I have to prepare the Form I-134.

Are all the other forms/information for the interview?

I went to check the website after reading this post and while I haven't received any email or confirmation, the USCIS website does say approved, "post-decision activity." I was also a mid-April filer transferred from TSC to CSC.

What puzzles me is how some of the tsc applications are processed alot faster than others . I seen one here the other day that was accepted on June 29 and approved July 31 of 2014 but why . I have seen some waiting since dec. Of last year . You would think it would be in order received not let's snatched one out of the hat type of deal .

Better to contact conservative media. The crisis at the border is sucking up all the oxygen and no media will want to cover this story, but conservative media might because we are all American citizens getting shafted, having to go through background checks even on ourselves and prove ability to financially support a spouse, while foreigners, some of whom are known to be gang members are walking over and being flown to their new homes, where they will go to school for free, collect welfare, etc. No background check, no need to prove financial support. It's insane.
