Hello All
I made a mistake by submitting early the I-751 package for removal of conditional green card for my wife. Her green card expires 10/27/2016
The Uscis returned the package, so please help me of the following:
1) when can i re-submit the package again?
2) when i resubmit, do i have to file a new I-751 form and all new supported document again?
Thank you very much for your time and help

Hello All:
I am an US citizen, and am applying I-751 for my immigrant wife. I am confused about part 5 of the newest version of I-751 (expires 11/30/2017)
Please advise me of the following:
1) I am not sure whether I have to list the children of my wife, even though they do not live in the US and do not want to come to the US?
2) If I have to, do I still submit their birth certificate?
Thank you very much.

Hello All:
I am in process of apply the Green Card for my wife, who come to United States under K-1 Visa. There are something I'd like to receive your advice on:
1) Is it a MUST that I have to submit all supportive papers such as joint account, my proof of employment, ect. at the same time with I-485, I-846? If not, will I be notified later on by the Immigration?
2) On my wife's SS card, there is a statement which says, "Valid for work only with DHS authorization" Having that on the card, do I still have to apply the Work Authorization for her? If I have to, then which form is it?
Thank you very much for your time,
NDC

@Sweet Cakes - Thank you very much for the reply.
On the same subject, do I HAVE TO file the I-130? Is there any extra benefit to it?
Besides the I-485, I-864, G-1145 needed, as indicated by VisaJourney, do I needed any other govermental document?
Thank you

Hello All:
Please advise me of the following:
My fiance and I just got married in San Diego, CA. And I already obtained SS card and the I-94 for her. The I-94 has the same expiration date (3 months) as with her K-1 visa.
Besides applying the ID card for her, the main thing is to apply for the Green Card for her.
However, I don't know which document will be good for her to move around (say the immigration/police officer stop and ask her) or to register school?
I am thankful for your time,
NDC

Hi:
My fiance just received the K-1 visa from VN. Its expiration date is Aug. 12, 2014, and I understand that.
However, her visa also states the expiration of my petition is May 09, 2014. And this confuses me.
Would you be please so kind to explain this for me.
Thank you very much for your time,
NDC
