Thanks For Your Reply G Walters.. I appreciate it.

You can print the I-94 on your own now from the comfort of your own home.

    Thanks TheCaptain.... It really Helps.

Immigrant visa holders don't need the i94.

Ask your friend if he paid the $165 immigrant fee for each of his parents for their green cards' production. If he hasn't, he must pay for it asap.

thanks apple21.. and yes he said that he paid 165$ for his parents Greencard's Production fee.

And Congratulations for being a Citizen of US.

Hey there, I had my interview for citizenship this past Monday. I separated from my ex-husband 9 months after receiving my 10 year green card and the divorce was finalized shortly after.

I was not asked a single question about my ex-husband or my marriage, not even why it ended.

I don't know if it had anything to do with the fact that my interview was scheduled for 1 pm, and the officer did not call me in until after 4 pm. He seemed to feel genuinely bad and apologized more than once for leaving me wait for so long. At the end of the interview, he recommended me for approval and I'm only waiting for the supervisor to approve his decision. This is the New York (Federal Place) office.

    Hope this helps.

  5. Hi

I have a question... I got my 10 year GC like 4 months ago. and now situation has been changed. my wife wants divorce from me. I am trying to solve our issues but not sure that it will work or not.... We got stoke interview at AOS time..but at ROC there was no interview at all.

So for citizenship I believe that after divorce i have to go by 5 years rule for citizenship .

    My question is

    1. Is it going to cause issues that we divorced after 3 months of 10 years GC. (we got married in 2011).

    2. when i apply for citiznship.. is it going to cause issues to me ?

    Thanks
