Emailed the embassy Monday about my case..can you believe they told me they haven't recieved my package that was received by them since August 4...and thats whats holding up my case!!! But the funny thing about that is they ask me for the carrier name and the tracking number before and now they are asking for it again....so mad!!! 8 stressing weeks!!!!

Oh no thats terrible. Did you email the embassy for interview date? How do they not have it if NVC said it was sent and u have ur interview date? (sorry didnt check ur timeline, on small cell)

As far for the dhl site....ifvur talking about the visa-info web....its not useful at all to Jamaica. Once we finally figured how to get back in it (had to do a reset) it kept saying we had to pay the visa fee. Gave up and finally waybill number was emailed to him to check on the actual dhl site.

Oh how I wonder what system that is they talk of, lol. We all know thats complete bull.

Are you going out there to get him? My fiance has break from work 18 Sept, and we're hoping we'll get our ISSUED notice by then but I'm going out for a visit either way. I suspect if not next week, then it should def be by the following week. I feel really bad for blessing2. She has to going bonkers

No I wont be going there. I cant afford to. Our wedding is November 15th and I still have mt bills to keep up inbetween all this planning.

I emailed them last night and actually got a response this morning. It says, this case is currently undergoing administrative processing. When this process is complete, contact will be made.

Please ensure that the applicant is registered with DHL so that the package can be delivered as soon as the visa is issued.

Hope this information is useful to you.

If the applicant would like to speak with a consular officer about the case he may schedule a beneficiary interview.

Of course I replied stating it isn't feasible to make an appt/interview because the embassy is a 4 hr drive away but I would like to know why my status still states refused instead of AP?

Ladies its ISSUED!!!!!

I am crying and cant stop thanking God. Im not stoping with my prayers. Someone told me the lesson im supposed to learn from this is faith, hope, gratitude and patience. Boy did I learn.

Mine has been refused since 17 Sept 2013. The status update has changed several times but that's it. According to NVC it's still in AP

I dont know. I tried to follow thise threads but with my case it never went into AP until now. They status on CEAC stayed "Read" all this time, but was changed to non immigrant a couple days after interview which was 8/8/14.

So it said ready before, now says AP? We still say refused

Yes. It was stuck on ready for five weeks. Now it actually says AP. Even though when I emailed a thousand times they already told me it was in AP but nobody would answer why the internet does not reflect.

I check my status and somebody touched it. THANK GOD. It now shows AP with todays date....hope they keep working and issue that sucka!

I called NVC....they not seeing nothing. All they could tell me is that they just not done reviewing my case. #######? How can you approve someone but take a month and longer to do final processing. Hell, im not even in final stages let them tell it....smh...

I was getting mad checking the JA forum seeing those who had interviews after us already get their visa....but I had to check myself. There is a reason for the wait.....only God knows.

I truly hope all you ladies hear something and get visas issued soon! I'm still early in the process, but watch what goes on to learn and be prepared.

This is the end of the "normal process time" for me. Still no update on CEAC and when my fiancee tried to call they wouldnt help. Told him to email. So, I have now emailed my senator for assistance. Not sure if anything will happen but it dosent hurt me to fill out the request.

I have not been together with my man since last Nov Longest,we have went without visiting. We had to save up for this process so this is really hard on us. We cant skype every day....barely once a week. Thank God for free calling apps though! I guess we all must put this focus on our homefront right now and let God do his work.

We will get through this ladies....maybe with a patch of hair missing from stress, lol.

But seriously im praying for all of us. Nobody else knows how we feel but VJ members. Feels good letting things out and ar the same time uplifting eachother. Soon guys we will be with our loves.....soon.....
