Oh and as to why I couldn't pay the fee online - it was an issue with the internet browser I was using - I was using Mozilla Foxfire and once I switched to Google Chrome - I was able to pay the fee quickly and easily. I did need my check and routing numbers to input but other than that easy as pie!

We were transfered to the TSC in late December and had a NOA 2 by the 13th of January and that was for my wife and stepson. Never asked us for anything from the father, I did however send all the court paperwork for our right to remove him from his country with his I130. we spent almost a year in court getting that before we filed I130's

we did not submit no picture at the beging bcz the uscis asked just for a copy of the original papers

and dont ask for no pictures or somthing like that but i think we do have to sent them now many of many things like pictures conversation video call bills and money transfer somtimes

you can extract the skype logs with tools such as "SkypeLogView". these logs will show the length of each call so that should help in case you don't use skype for messaging

i will extract all the skype conversation but the problem is the skype show only 3 months ago conversation thats it not that much

Where are your communication logs (emails, IM’s, text, whatsapp, skype, Letters to each other, pictures of you two together with friends and family, receipts you going places together, copy of stamps in passport of your visits together.

And you need to be timely with this you only have a certain time frame to respond or get denied.

thankx alot we have letters to each other we have the skype conversation the problem is i speak english good enaugh and i do not write me and her no one word we always talk mic and cam together but i could show them that we beeing talking there together evry day and see each other for 3 hours at list each day i can make one or two from my family or friends sign a papers to me saying that they know we are married and saw us as a couple and husband and wife

in the uscis it does say that they already send it february 15

that mean it shoud be here soon we just hope its something simple and nothing wierd in it

i'm so depressed from uscis site and what keep happening

we filed our case on july 2013

on december 30 our case was transferred to texas and my wife in the usa get the letter saying if she dont hear nothing in 2 months she should call them

yesterday we check the uscis site we found it move from the initial review to Request for Evidence
