Those of you waiting with approved cases, was your status ever "card production" before it was approved?

Ours was initially card production, then approved, but now its just stuck in approved. Hasn't shipped The wait is just torture.

Yes mine said case approved then New card in Production then back to case approved now back to new card in production.

My husband was approved on 6/30. Just got the EAD/AP card today, a whole month later.

He put in a service request early last week since it had been so long, but ended up calling USCIS Tier 2 on Friday when the service request had not been touched. They said his card had not been sent to be produced until the 19th... but then there was nothing about it actually being produced or mailed. They put in another service request. Yesterday, he got the email/text/website update about the card being mailed and it finally arrived today. I presume that him calling (just as you called the congressman) is what jump started the card actually being produced?

It is crazy (and frustrating) that some people get it within days and ours took a month.

Did you get your card yet since it says it was being produced? If not, probably worth calling Tier 2 to see if it has actually been produced and mailed. Good luck! Sorry you are also one of the unlucky to take so long to get it.

Anyone here got approval notice for (EAD) between July 1 and 13 and is still waiting for it? The thing is I got two approval notice in the mail one for the 1st in July and another one for the 13th shortly after got a letter saying My DOB on it was wrong. I called USCIS and they explained it to me, After a long wait my wife called the congressman yesterday and as soon as I got off the phone with him my case status online changed from case approved to New Card is Being Produced. They told him that they had to changed my DOB on the first card and also they are going to have me coming in the retake my picture I wend and did biometrics twice already I told them to just work with the picture they have. I am not sure if they just have too much work going one and they are putting the lesser important case's on the back burner or printing the cards really does take some time. Well what ever the case might be is there any still waiting from then? Or has anyone experience what I am going through? I got a Job and they want me to start on the 10. Also the congressman told me I can starting with out the card as USCIS told him so.

I am having a problem just respond to my second RFE 3weeks later online uscis says case has been suspendnd first one was wife did not earn enough. So we got her brother to be joint sponsor. He works on the Rail Road and his wife is a teacher they make more than enough so we sent in the supporting tax documents. Then we got another RFE we sent supporting doc only to see today online that we are getting another RFE. Not sure what now.

I am glad I did not have to pay for EAD its a money making thing if my SSC say valid for work only with DHS Authorization then why do I need to pay For EAD just got the SSC get married work and apply for AOS when time comes you will get the same SSC with the same stamp and number after EAD

Not married as yet but went to SSC office to obtain card all the ask for was passport make sure you know your mom and dad birth year and where they were born it it a big controversy werether k1s can work or not I got my card in the mail today and as it states I can work did not need no EAD got here on the 16 of Aug been here for 3weeks on k1 wedding is in 2weeks the only reason I will not start working is because of honeymoon and wedding plans

After this long wait CEAC finally says issued today Thank you Lord

My case was just updated to Issued today so I guess thing are good once you did your interview already

I just saw this on Bureau of Consular Affairs website it a bit different from what I read earlier I did my interview on June 6 did not get a 221g but have not heard anything yet I hope Jamaica is all good

I hope it changes for the best and ant the worst. I am praying for you and hope we both going into Issued. Its a good thing to read stuff on the websites but most of it is just hearsay

Well I guess 1 phone call to U.S. Department of State really makes a difference today I went back from ready and back into AP witch I was in before I guess I never came out of that any ways. this is what it is saying now

OH well just to easy your pain I did my interview on June 6th brought all the doc none was missing a . Got stuck in Ready case open and ready for your interview from the 27th of June like what the heck.

So I emailed the embassy in kingston a few times cause I got no respond to my emails I sent one every week. till this week, today! I got a respond that I was still in admin P ) took matters into my own hands and call (us department of state) first call, waited for 1hour a woman answers I gave her what she asked for then she says Sir the website is down can you call back in 1 hour . Second call 1 hour later Guys answers gave him what he asked for. Then he said how may I help you today I explained that I wanted to know what was the hold up and if they had forgotten about my case?. He does some checks and then told me that I was still in AP, But CEAC says Ready !!!!!!!!!!! He say sir you are

not missing any papers its just that the counselor officer has yet to make final decision.

So because one person has the power over a piece of paper or stamp I have Wait Man That Sucks

The funny thing is one night I got a dream that it was a her holding me up and I kicked her ### in the dream hahaha

Hey has anyone emailed the Embassy in Kingston about their passport hold up or just checking one their case since its been over a month and 3weeks or so. And the Embassy has not replied back. I emailed them two times and they have not responded to any of my emails. Has anyone had or have this experience? FYI Its say to wait 5 days for a respond its been more than 5 days

Oh well I hope they sort thing out soon people are starting to get upset and very impatient

Kemar you nuh wait yet. My husband have been waiting 11month and all now they can't issue the visa. All I can say is have patience

What is the hold up with your case any clue on whats going on. have you emailed then?

I would email the consulate and ask them, they will let you know what is the hold up.

I did 3 times the first time I got a respond like within 10 mins the second one the other day this is what it said

I don't know man but it is really stressing me out I have been to the states I did have a 10year b4 I went to the interview if I knew I would have just did what my friends told me to do sucks when you try to be the good kid and play by the rules
