I got my bio around 12/2016

after this long long wait and all the hassle of getting my stamp, FINALLY GOT THIS APPROVED!

we are finally on the AOS process now, but we have a question about I-864 form. Since my husband and I both don't have a job yet, but he has some asset on stock. I am wondering if this will be a problem when we apply for the AOS? I know there are sayings about meeting the minimum income, but can someone tell us how much exactly do we need if we both dont have a job yet? Thanks a lot for your help!!!

Oh yes! We got our case number too, and I just checked the status website and it said "Ready, updated at 3/05", but I haven't received anything yet, should I go check with the embassy or just wait? Thanks! and good luck to everyone!

I sent them email on 4th February and got replied on 21st February. On their reply they mentioned that our case already shipped on 19th February to embassy in Jakarta. So i have to wait about a week before sent them an email. Automatic response will show when you sent an email but later on they will reply. Just have to wait
