Hey! I'm in Atlanta applied June 29th and recd the letter on April 12th for interview on May 16th. I haven't recd any email or message from them though which is weird, when i log in to my account it says it was scheduled on April 10th. I only recd the letter via mail. I do I don't plan to take my spouse with me and I dont really need the moral support. Was wondering if thats a requirement also if anyone can point me to docs needed for the interview would be helpful. Ofcourse I will take with me what they have asked in the letter but was wondering it there is anything else? Someone said they carried tax documents and bank information as well. Not sure if we need this?

• Green Card
• Appointment letter
• A second form of photo identification
• Any evidence of Selective Service Registration. (im guessing this doesn't apply to me)
• Your passport and/or any other documents you used in connection with any entries into the United States
• Your marriage certificate.
• Your spouse's birth or naturalization certificate or certificate of citizenship

Also if someone can update my timeline that would be great!

Updating my status 

I went in for my infopass. my infopass appointment was in Atlanta and I tried for a couple of days to get the appointment and on the weekends as well I tried at like 12 am but I think they give it out in Friday or sat nights on the weekend. So I Tried at 12am Monday morning (Sunday night) and there were tons of options for a Monday 14 days from then. So the trick for Infopass is to login late at night or early morning. I carried my apt letter + green card + passport + i751 noa + ID card. Anyway once I went in they told me my extension expired from date of green card so it wasn’t expired. But I pointed out that georgia won’t recognize that as my id expires 1 year from noa date. he was ok with giving me the stamp and I also told

him I’m traveling in dec  so he gave me a 120 days stamp. He also checked my status and told me my case is apporoved and card has been sent for production on 10/27 but my status online on Uscis still doesn’t say that. He said I should receive card in 2 weeks. 

I just recd my biometrics appt for 12/19 - can someone update my info?

@jeffkadrliktorr I don't think you used the latest version to update. cos my dates are not updated in this version

hi any update on this - does anyone know how to get elis number?

Hi all, I would like to get my greencard in married name too, i.e. take my husbands last name. I haven't yet officially used my husbands last name. Do i need to change my passport and ssn before i remove conditions on greencard and ask for it to be with my married last name or is it fine if i do both simultaneously. I dont see anywhere that i have to submit passport when i file i751- any guidance would be appreciated

Try to contact embassy. Btw you got only one pcc from regional passport office? Normally they give you two, if you specify that you are applying for us visa. I got my passport pcc from kochi and they provided me two originals. When I asked them why two, they said you may need it later since you are applying for a US visa.

I asked for 2 copies but the issuing officer said we give only 1 copy - and we stamp ur passport - did u get a pcc stamp on ur passport?

I recd my p4 mail today - mumbai consulatw - however i am confused abt the pcc - it says they recd a photocopy and i have to bring the original - but i sent the original to nvc. I will try to get another pcc as well but i am not sure if i will get a new one since it has been less than 6 mths. Should i speak or email the nvc or the consulate in mumbai?

Interview letter states bring an updated one.. if there is no change.. just get the same I-864 with signature (not photocopy)... also which state did you get the PCC.. for southerns they usually give 2 original copies... you don't even have a photocopy of the original ?

I have a photocopy - so that should be good rite? And i need to ask my husband to sign the i864 and send one copy to me?

Hi i have a question regarding the interview - do we have to take an original i864 or a copy? Also i submitted my original pcc to nvc - i dont have another copy - but i do have a notarized photocopy and pcc stamp on my passport ? Will this do or should i get another original?

Hi we got a case complete on 13 nov 2014 our iv packet recd date was 15 sept 2014 - we had a checklist for aos that had a scan date of 29th sept - but i guess on 13th nov they checked both our packets and completed our case

Part 5 Sponsor's Income and Employment

[x] income indicated on the I-864EZ Part 19 does not correspond to that shown on the most

recent tax return and W-2(s).

The amount from my W-2 is different grom the gross income on my taxes because I had a student loan interest deduction so it changed the amount of my adjusted gross income. What should I do? Im not sure what amount to put on the new form since the amounts do not match because of the student loan interest. Please help!

Hi guys - i had a question for the interview - do i need the original signed documents of all forms of the petitioner like the i864 or g325 , i130 etc? Im guessing since these docs have already been submitted a photocopy of the docs is enough?
