    Am inviting my mother for visiting me mid this year and also trying to file for her because am a US citizen. My question is that can i file I 130 for her when she's here in the state with visiting VISA or i have to wait for her to go back?

    Hello everyone my wife came in with k1 visa, I just want to know if applying for Medicaid while pregnant with pending AOS will not affect her been approved or affect her citizenship based on K1 rules.
