In the I-129F question 3a in part 2 its asking for the Alien fiancé Mailing address. Is this her address in Canada or the address that she will be living in the USA when she moves here?
The I-129F asks for fiancé child information, if the child does not have a middle name what do we put? Leave it blank, enter na or none?

My fiancé is a US citizen and I am a Canadian. He is filling the K1 visa for me. But I have two children under the age of 18 but they live with their father full time and I have visitations rights. We are not filling for a visa for them. Do we put them on the application or not?
