    I have to start the K1 petition all over again. Found out my fiance is still legally married :(

    Called the NVC on wednesday to see if my petition was received by them ans they said yes and everything looks good :)

    My petition was approved 3 days after USCIS received the RFE. Approved March 14th 2014

    Received RFE and sent out proof of my divorce. By this week or next week our petition will be approved.
