  1. Hello,

I hope everyone is doing well after the holidays and are starting their new year with something new and exciting. I am filing my citizenship forms in January 2019 (marriage to US Citizen for three years and green card for three years). I do have some questions about the details about the application

    - the times when i returned to United States..i used to travel back and worth a lot and since the customs only enters the entry dates I do not have the exact day i left, where could i find them? I do have the next entry dates but I am missing the time in between? Do i also list the connecting flight countries when i didn't leave the airport secured area?

    - When they ask about how many times has your spouse been married, do i state zero or one if the only marriage is the current one? I know it sounds dumb but I am way too nit picky

    - The only question that confuses me is part 12 additional information about you, point 44. Are you a male who lived in the United States at any time between your 18th and 26th birthdays?  I have had three previous J1 visas for the summer and one tourism visa..I HAVE NEVER ENTERED US ILLEGALLY or anything like that. It also asks when did you register for the selective service? I do not know what is a selective service or selective service number. I am confused because i did live in the united states between my 18th and 26th birthdays on my J1 visas and holidays but the second part is for military personnel, or? Is this section for someone who has filed everything legally and correctly and has not been or served in any sort of military?

    Thank you and happy holidays!

  2. Alright i did the covered california options and i have to put in household income and my partner has a mid-high income and it wants me to pay 160 for month?? IF i put only my income there..it says i could be enrolled into Medi-cal limit. Could I apply Medi-cal just for myself without having to state the annual income of our "Household" ? Because 160 in a month without me working yet sounds ridiculous..

  3. How do I bring strong ties?I am graduating university one day after visa interview on friday. No longer K1, atleast not yet or so far.

I have no idea why I got the 221, thats the whole problem. The customs in US told me happened in 2012 which visa I have in my passport

  4. Hi, I have a question what are the chances getting approved B2 if my ESTA got denied yesterday because of 221(g)?The 221g happened because I guess I needed to add additional papers at 2012 for my J1 visa..but I have the visa in my passport and they view it as a denial..Its been one day and I am applying for a new B2 visa, how will I answer the visa denial questions on B2 ds-160 form? Will i now get all visas denied because of a misunderstanding my visa sponsor never told me?How to act in consulate when they ask about it.

  5. 2)The question about I-94..isnt it only for visas or if I would have a status?Because I am visiting on WWP right now which means I dont have a "status" at this point, or where online could I check it?

3)I already put what is on my birth certificate as my BIRTH PLACE but I am asking about the specific one about city/town

  6. Hi, I am now filing my K-1 fiance visa and few questions about filling out the form I129F

1)I have past two years lived here 90 days at a time with ESTA/WWP but I do get much mail so all my mail still goes to Estonia, but is it ok to list my address here in the states, while I am here most of the time?

    2) I-94 arrival record number? If I am visiting with ESTA I dont have that yet I am here most of the time, what do I write there or should I not fill it out as like I am not here?(My partner works at the airport and says I-94 doesnt excist anymore?

3)i have also a question about stating my city/town. Because my birth certificate says my birthplace as a very small village and I am not sure what to state because my countries municipalities go from village-parish-bourough-city-county but I was born in the village, what do I state on the form?Because it already has a birth place which is the city but I wasnt born in a city?or leave blank?

  7. I actually have a similar question..I have had J1 visa for 3 summers now..only 3 months work and 1 travel..its a visa you get between your official school break. Do I still have the two year requirement?and if I do, how does it work?Do I need to be out of the states for two years or just without a J1 visa but have entered usa on ESTA?Sorry if it sounds confusing

  8. Hello!

I have a question about prenups in general and specifically in California. Since my spouse is a lot older then me, we would like to get a prenup. Especially when I am the younger one moving to a foreign country with no assets and his assets are about 150k. My question is what is the cheapest way to get a prenup? Is it legit if I use this site

    http://www.lawdepot.com/contracts/prenuptial-agreement/?loc=USCA&pid=googleppc-prenup_usca-main_p22ft-s-ggkey_california%20prenuptial%20agreement&s_kwcid=california%20prenuptial%20agreement|25110868865&gclid=CLaaoK2M_rwCFWvkwgodbV8A5Q

but I still need to get it signed by a notary or a lawyer, right?Suggestions for cheaper and easier hassle since I dont need the prenup, but I am also not the one with money.

  9. I just wanted to sum up the quick process of Diversity Lottery

    1) You register for lottery in october and get chosen on may 1st

    2) Fill out online form to notify consulate you want to proceed, in 3 weeks you should get a notice to proceed via mail

    3) Prepare a package of filled out form DSP-122 form DS-230 I and II part and two photos and send the packet to Kentucky Consulate

    4) Start obtaining all the Civil documents and attend your medical examination.

    5) Prepare/attend for interview and pay all the fees

    6) Fly to USA with all your documents and receive green at the border control.

If I left something out please correct me
