Hey guys! Here's our situation

My husband was an active military member when our affidavit of support was approved last July, the contract ended in September but now he is in the army reserve and in college at the same time but he is still receiving some sort of allowance from the army.

My first question is, do we need to submit a new affidavit support during my interview this coming November? Updating his job title and the annual income?

Second, how do we compute the current annual income?

Hey guys, I hope you can give some advice on what to do. So, my husband was still an active army member when our AOS was approved last August, but he ended his contract last September. We will have our interview this November and would like to know if we need to bring a new AOS to update his job title from Active member to Army reservist? Thank you!

Hi VJ Members! I want to ask what are the documents needed for IV Packet? These are the few things I'm concerned about:

1. I already have my NBI which I got last January 2014 with a purpose of/for "US VISA" so, does it mean I need to get a new one with "TRAVEL ABROAD" annotation?

2. Do I need to submit Police clearance even if didn't live in another country?

3. Do I need to submit CEMAR to NVC?

My husband is an active military member but his contract is about to expire this Septmber. We are still waiting for the i-130 to be approved.

Idk if we meet the income requirements coz We don't have any savings. We only have his paycheck every month. Would it be enough?

And most of all we aren't sure if we would get approve when he is still in the army. So I was thinking to ask my father in law to be his joint sponsor.

How long is the waiting period for cr1 and k3. Some says its only 5 months for k3 and up to 13 months for cr1
