Yeah, I will call them on Tuesday. I just thought it was weird that the date changed this week to a completely random date. If It had said May 2015, I would understand.

ok, so our 601 waiver (regular) was approved on May 15, 2015. We haven't received the instruction letter yet, but our CEAC case created date just changed.... But it changed from December 19, 2014 (our initial interview was in December) to May 13, 2014. Why would this happen?? The status still says Refused.

My case was complete on October 23rd, and I got my interview date (of December 12th) today!

That's what I thought, but I am filing for Mexico and my IV instructions tell me to scan/email them. It says if it doesn't work, I can go ahead and mail them.

I am preparing everything I need to send in my IV package, but I am confused as to whether I mail it in or scan/email it in. Does it matter?

No police certificate is needed for Mexico. I recently spoke with multiple people who had interviews in the past few weeks/months and they did not send one to the NVC, nor did they ask for it at the interview.

You guys!!!!! It's a miracle!!! My IV invoice was issued today. I can't believe how happy I am! ????

Does it matter if I send my IV package before I pay the invoice? I submitted my Choice of Agent form on the 3rd of June and still haven't been allowed to pay my IV invoice yet.

I paid my AOS fee on June 3rd, 2014 - and sent in my AOS package a few days later. My IV invoice has still not

been billed (it shows up as $0). Does anyone know when I will be able to pay this??!

Do I count child support as income for my I-864? I did not file taxes. Thanks!
