    Can anyone tell me why my pd is 5/3/13 and it was transferred but the NVC is processing up till 5/18/13.....Why was it transferred to Nebraska who is still processing in March

    Its been a year since I have seen my husband and it's becoming discouraging with not even an approval yet.
