My question is this.. My sister in law is a permanent resident and she petitioned her daughter (priority date 03/2015) will the new visa bulletin work for her as well or just people that are already on the USA wanting to Adjust status?

Around 2 weeks ago a friend of mine paid her AOS which is 120.00 and also prepared the online choice of address and agent but the IV fee is not there yet for her to pay. Does anyone knows how long is taking for the IV fee to show up??

They have until April 7th to still consider it within the 5 months period. Your case is still within normal processing times. March 8th made the 5th month. This happen to me. I was approved on 1/14/15. My date was 7/23/14- I thought Dec 23rd I should have NoA2 however that doesn't mean you will get it exactly on the 5th month.

If an I-130 was submitted on 10/08/2014 (Nebraska) how long is taking to get approved? I thought it was 5 months but when my cousin tried to create an inquiry for case processing time, it said that the case still under processing time and at this point they were not able to submit her inquiry.

Yes she became a resident in 2012 and she just come to goes to her native country to see her daughter but its very difficult for her especially financially.

My sister in law is a Permanent Resident and is only 18 years old of age. Her daughter was born in her Native country while she was still waiting for a visa. What can she do at this point.

K-1 visa would be a wiser option in my opinion. Marrying in Tourist visa and adjusting status is not considered visa fraud unless the immigrant had an intent to marry in the US with Tourist visa.

They are married already.

Well if they are married already then they have to take CR1 path.

She can come visit while the process is going on but can't move/stay

She has been having tourist visa for 10 years. They met and got married in their country.

They got married in their country but also she came here and got married here as well

I a US citizen goes to his country and marry his fiancé, and she comes here because she has a Tourist Visa, can they adjust status? or is it better for her to go back and stay until she gets CR1?

If the husband is petitioning wife that was bar for 10 years (it has been 10 years since) and they have a son but he is already and adult, would it work if the son prepares a hardship letter.

My husband was approved for a CR1 last month and is already in United States. Yes very exciting!! we just learned that I am expecting a baby and we will love to bring his mother to meet her first grandchild. Oomq thats so exciting i send mines on oct15 on march 18 it was aprove and on march 28 nvc received it taking a while yours was just a few months.. How much was the medical exam? and the other fees doll and what did you send back with the iv pack? Sorry for so many questions just wanna be prepare

oo wow!! dat was a fast approval!! dats great, the medical exam we dont know yet, dat will be part of the interview package, first u pay aos, 88 dollars then like 10 business days later you are able to pay IV, i sent both ais package with affidavit of support and IV package with civil original documents separate.. here is my email in case you have more questions.. idalirismuniz@gmail.com

omg im doing the samething for my husband i receiveda letter that nvc received it on march 28 but i havent get a case number how long did you wait to receive it and complete it?

bronxgirl our case was approved on feb 20th, on march 3 NVC sent me the first email, and after the fees, 260, iv package, affidavit of support my case was finally completed on april 16th so they are working very fast...

case completed on april 16th.. now waiting on interview (dominican rwpublic)

Just called and i was told that on april 16th my husbands case waa completed.. yayyy!!! thank God no checklist!! Hopefully we will get an interview day by June... Please God! :")
