Guys just to let everyone knows we've finally receives our greencard after 1yr wt no interview. We received the welcome letter like monday and then saturday the same week is the greencard.

Another good news is, God has blessed us wt a bouncing baby boy b4 my husband even got his greencard, life is so sweet and I thank God b'cos without him we'll not be who we are today.

Am encourage those struggling wt immigration to hand ove to God and have faith that it shall be done one day

help pls visa journey, we've applied for AOS since may 17 and up till today we havent receive any notice, we later discover that we didnt summit change of address to them b4 adjustin , but we finally get that done, then we received ref asking for birth certificate we mailed it,since then nothing till today. so my husband is so worried why this ppl didnt response to us or even send us receipt #, they told us that they mail the first notice to the old address and that we have to wait for abt 60more days for fingerprinting.

pls is this right or should we do infor pass and see what actually is holding them for our case.

any sugestion would be appreciated.

Any one from niaja could help me, I've recieved ref requested for birth certificate from my husband, I've used age declaration when i applied for him and when we sent our aos we used the same age declaration now the asked for birth cert, has one from niaja used age declaaration just of recent pls help.

we do sent it back to them but still waitin to hear from them.

Guys i forgot to do change of addy b4 i summitted my aos, its almost i month since i filed so someone told me that might be due to change of addy cos i've used ma new addy for the aos, ma Q is which ppl should i send it to chicago or texas or should i only send or or both of us ned to do that,

i spoke to customer service for uscis and i was told if they cashed my check the receipt # suppose to be at the back of check, i couldnt find anythin there

am sorry to hearthis, what i've experienced in long distance relationship is very stressful, I almost give up on ma own due to lot of arguement and mistrust, but whne I'd posted ma own situation here so many pl came up wt their opinion and advice which really help me today to deal wt that man.

ma dear realationship like this long distance needs prayers, u have to pray and hand over everythin to God to work it out for u, he may or may not come back to u but what i shd tell u now let it be like that, if it meant for u guys to be together surely it will be ok.

put urself together its never gonna be the end of ur life, be strong cos u never no what is coming for u in future, remember when there's life there's hope.

Hi guys i dont know how to express ma feeling just to let u know ma fiancee has granted visa, and he would pick it up by friday, humm this is goodnews, the interview was toughed as he said but he all proved to them with no reasonable doubth that she's ma baby and that he's not goin to give up till he finally be wt her.

the officer ask him about ma dad which we didnt even have that idea but being a smart guy he put everythin right for them. and was aking abt how long we.ve known each other? and how old i was when i left nigeria, he asked abt his family and when he intend to travel to US!
