My licence was suspended at the Time of my interview without me knowing...so t'il now,a decision is not made...but everything just get fixed yesterday and my licence is straight now

What should do now to inform them ???help

Still waiting after 4 weeks after interview!!!n i had miss a court day in Wyoming that i Am handling with a lawyer for a court day in mid june..do u think its thé reason why i dont get no response

He has only did the test English and review my application with them yes n no question...when doing that,he was looking for my Pic ID..n I told him I dnt have it with me n it was sent....I see him checking back the file like he looking for something..suddenly,he print a white letter n he told me I pass the test but a decision Cannot be made now..I ask her why n he say that he waiting for something like background check...I ask him again did he need something from again n he say no..n I shuld receive a letter by a week about the decision coz he probably should receive my background check by the end of the same week..m'y interview was 05/05

This happens more often than you'd think. They usually schedule interviews before the file is received. If they didn't, it would add about a month to everyone's processing time. Sometimes they realize that the file won't arrive in time and they reschedule the appointment by mail. Sometimes they wait too long and the applicant receives the letter after he/she has gone in for his/her interview and has been told that there's no file. And of course, sometimes they mess up and don't send a letter. What's certain is that if they don't have your file, they can't interview you. In some cases (very rare) they administer the civics and language tests and then reschedule the application review portion of the interview.

He can't approve if you your background check isn't completed. He could have just sent you home and told you that you'd get a new letter for a new interview time, so it's a good thing that you got to do your interview.

He's waiting on a clear background report before he can approve you. This may take several weeks or months, but make sure that if it's been more than a couple of months, you go talk to them again.

Has the officer asked you any questions about your marriage or your wife? or has he required any documents about your marriage but you can't show him?

no..he only ask me where she is at???and das it.i answer all question but he said my backgroundcheck didnt come back yet so i have to wait for a week...

My interview is 05/05/2015 atlanta..but they ask me a tax return but never file with my wife coz I own taxes..really scare
