Judging from the posts here, it varies. We were prepared to wait for at least 2 weeks. But we received our visa 4 days after interview:)

We' are from Pinas too... got interviewed Jan 13 and received our visa Jan 17...my fiancee resides in Florida too, so that shouldn't pose a problem for as long as you'll get married in an equality state. Good luck.

The medical exam takes 2 days if there are no other tests. It's advisable to have the medical exam done 1-2 weeks before the scheduled interview. The interview in itself only took 1 day. Unfortunately, yes, your fiancee may have to take 2 trips to Manila from Cebu unless she has some relatives she can stay with in Manila. Hope this helps.
