Hey Zirq no need to worry, i can verify exactly what Sukie and some others have stated. I emailed the Montreal consulate and they replied that the eligibility doc is what shows you are able to have the interview in Canada. For Canadian born, its the passport/birth cert and for landed immigrants it would be immigration papers. They stated in their reply to me that many people are confused by this and they are working with the NVC to rectify the P4 letter. (Humph, riiiiiiiight)

Hey everybody, i just checked our case status and it says,
On December 16, 2014, we sent your case, Receipt Number LIN1490******, to the Department of State for visa processing. Please visit our website for general information on Consular Processing. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
Is this finally the NOA2 we've been waiting almost 9 months for!? Does this mean our I-130 petition has been approved??? Whats the next step???
