Hi gingpt_1108, just busy with facebook lately.. our case was completed nov. 30th.. 7 weeks later I got our Interview date thru NVC Live Operator.. guys don't just based on what the recorded voice message will say to you.. I talked to an Live operator there I got our interview date.. the next day I got an email from NVC with my Appointment Letter.. I'm still preparing some documents for my medical and interview next month.. and of course, my resignation letter.. I learned that NVC update their system every mid of the month.. actually until now everytime my hubby checked our case the recorded voice message keep on saying " your case was compelted blah, blah, blah.."

The date on their website is the date of your interview. You can have you medical exam anytime before your interview. I did mine like a week before my interview schedule. Just bring your interview appointment letter to St. Luke (make 3 copies), two 2x2 ID picture and passport.

I'm confused.. I checked US Embassy Manila site and try to verify my Visa Interview Appointments and guess what.. my Medical Appointment and Interview Date is same DATE and TIME?.. Is it possible? Or is it typographical error?.. now, i'm confused

anyone same experience?.. how did you guys handle it? Do I need to contact them and reschedule my interview? huuwaaaaaaaaa...

Cheers! finally.. gettin' near.. soo excited! my hubby and I could celebrate our 8th yr wedding anniversary together for the first time =) .. OMG!.. my interview date is a DAY before my BIRTHDAY!.. we can experience our first snow ahahaha...

Can't you call them and ask about it? Maybe if you speak with someone they will help you. Good Luck and I hope you get an interview soon.

I called them last night.. but the recorded message keep on saying our case was completed blah..blah..blah... so then I press 5 for live operator then,, I didn't expect what to hear.. FEBRUARY 2010! OMG!.. I said to an operator... "oh wait.. wait ..wait" i grabbed a pen and a scratch paper ahahah.. just now checked my inbox.. I have my appointment cover letter.. yey!

I'm under F2A Category, our case was completed last Nov 30th .. until now we haven't received any schedule for interview at the USEmbassy Manila.. just wanna know how long should we wait before we received it?.. it's our 7th week since our case completed.. any LPR & LPR SPouses out there who can give me a timeline please help ..

hoping and praying that we'll receive it soon.. February 2010 visa bulletin is up already and for like us who's PD is Dec 2005 still waiting for interview date.. shucks! ang tagallll!

and what about DS230

do i have to send the I864 befor the DS-230

Hi Samkunle.. my hubby called NVC last Wednesday and the live operator said that "try to call on Jan. 1st.. " they're going to update their system..

Wow very nice Mitch. Half-way there. Right now they are doing January 1, 2006 at NVC. you can actually check at http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin...letin_4597.html it is just a click away instead of calling the phone service plus you can see the past months also (see how fast it is moving.

I still have a pending I-130 from Vermont to Texas and nothing happening there. A few days ago called USCIS and they said to wait 60 days from the date of the trasfer, if nothing happening yet to call them back. The petitioner will be applying for USC in four months, after all it looks like we won't be using the LPR spouse visa number at the rate that our application is going.

What billl is that the one for LPR spouses? More details please!!! Thanks.

hearing someone says that your turn is just around the corner makes it more encouraging... cant wait to receive something from them too... lets all update each other... i havent heard from pilya lately too... the last thing i heard was she was starting a new job... i bet she was just busy with it....

pls you guys.... update us with any infos, letters, RFE, or anything that you got from NVC... tried calling them with the phone number that i got but its not working i guess for callers from the US.

@mitch, sometimes you have to redial the number several times before getting through, but of course you have to make sure you are dialing the right number - 1 603 334 0700.

@mitch .. maybe you dialed it wrong.. i wonder bkit ndi ka ma-connect.. I am using Vonage and I'm here in the Philippines.. no hard time contacting NVC.. just 603-334 0700 .. in order to EASILY update with all the members here.. I suggest start making timelines..

how do you know if your papers was received, or sent, or reach.... or whatsoever they are doing in NVC. my application was approved almost 2 months ago, and i just want to know if my case has reached NVC. pls, if you have a number that you usually use, or a way to check it online.... i just need a little tip on that... thanks so much

when i tried opening the nvcinquiry site, its not opening.. and it says invalid.. no site found. and also for that number, is it the same number to call if im here in the US??? coz it's saying invalid and not available.... just wondering...thank for your help in advance.
