Does the I- 864 have to be notarized

Hi Saylin I have a question about AOS. We will be using assets as both our incomes fall under the foreign exclusion amount even though my husband will still be employed by his Canadian company once he moves to the states. He is a commercial pilot and only works a couple blocks a month and will commute. Anyway the question is how much of our assets count? I thought I read somewhere 1/3 is that correct. I have read your threads 1 and 2 and do not see it addressed there. Thanks.

Just got approved from the Vermont Service Centre. Transferred Feb 24th. PD was Aug 31. YES!!!!!

I was transferred today Feb 24th and notified via email. My pd was August 31st.

Hi I am an August filer for my husband and sons. We all reside in Canada. My PD is August 29th if I can be added to the timeline. Our petitions are of course at NBC will they transfer even though I am an American born abroad and we are all residing in Canada? Thanks for any insight.
