Hello, I filed for citizenship on 23rd August 2020 with dallas texas field office and after i did not hear anything from uscis not even biometric reuse or appointed. Just want to know if i am alone or anyone also on same boat ?

I sent I864 of my wife and I864 and I864A for my joint sponsor and all 3 of it signed by them so technically its originals.

NOw I dont have these documents, I only have photocopies then how I can bring Originals AOS ?

I got interview letter by email. and my pd is 10nov2015. Now next step is Medical and I confused about Vaccination Record or history. I dont have any vaccination history. I live in Ontario Canada and here they need my vaccination history and they have checklist which contain following shots:

1) Td/TdAP

(must have had in last 10 yrs)

2) MMR

3) VARICELLA

(If had Chicken Pox before then not needed)

4) FLU SHOT

So do I have to get these shot ? The Panel physicians who do medical dont give these shot

My IL is not scheduled yet. My PD is 22nov2013 and cc on 9Sep2015. My embassy is in Montreal Canada. I dont know when will I get my IL. so nervous:((

My PD 22NOV2013 and my case not completed yet. I am at canada since 2012.I completed DS260 and I sent all my documents to NVC . I already send my canadian pcc. But I got checklist for Indian PCC. To get Indian PCC its take 4 to 6 weeks in Canada. its too long for jst PCC.

What should I do? Please give me advise.

Ok. My PD is 22NOV2013 and I got NVC welcome letter 2 month ago but I dont start consular processing yet because right now now I am in USA and I thought I will do AOS. But My B2 visa expiring on 27July and I cant do AOS because my PD is not current yet.

Now, I want to do consular process so can you tell what I have to do now?

I came to US on B2 tourist visa in Jan 2015 with I-94 valid up to 27 July 2015. My wife is LPR and filed I-130 in Nov 2013 and my PD is 22Nov2013. I want to file adjustment of status for green card because My PD will become current in next month but its possible after 1st Aug and I will go out of status on 27 July. So please advise me following questions:

1) Can I file B2 extension before 27 july and file AOS after 1 Aug while my B2 extension is pending?

2) B2 status extension denial, is there any other form/step we need to take for the I-485 processing/interview to go smoothly?

I am an Applicant. my PD 22 nov 2013. NOA2 date is 11th Feb 2014. I dont know my invoice identification number(IIN) so I called NVC and they asked me for my case number, Applicant name and Applicant DOB. I told her my name and my DOB and she said my DOB is not correct, its different from what she have in NVC system.

I dont understand I filled correct DOB in form and I also receive my correct DOB in USCIS letter with my Receipt Number. How can NVC have different DOB in there System? She told me to email passport scan copy to asknvc@state.gov and its take 60 days to review it.

I am really worried about it because many pepole can access their DS260 and pay fees. I dont have IIN so I cant check it for me. What I do? Does it delay my whole process?

Please help me on this.

My Pd is 22nd Nov 2013. My case was approved and transfer to NVC on 11th feb 2014 and I received letter stating that I have to wait till priority date become current and I also got case number starting with MLT but I dont know where to find IIN and beneficiary ID. Can you guys tell me how to find those two thing?

I never lied about anything. I just gave the information about what they asked and every time they only asked general questions like purpose of visit, where you going, how long you stay there,..etc that it.

And I m going on b2 visa to visit my friend(wife) and if they give 6 month i-94 than i stay there for 6 month and if priority date become current I stay there otherwise i will come back after 6 months

I have international student visa in canada. i arrived here on dec 2012 after that i married with my gf in oct 2013 in usa.(i applied for visitor visa for usa in july 2013 and got 10 year multiple entry visa.so i went there and got married). on Nov 2013 we applied for f2a visa and my 130-p approved on feb 2014. i got i-94 which is valid between aug2013-feb2014(its expired now). i went 4 time in usa. 1. For shopping bcause i live near border in canada. 2. also shopping 3. to get married 4. for shopping that my 4 visit to usa. so now my questions is

can i get i-94 again and go to visit my wife. asking this bcuz my 130 aproved and many people saying that its though to get new i-94?
